This is a great tool when you start off in barefoot hoofcare. It helps to develop your eye by offering guidelines to some key parameters of the hoof, e.g. toe angle, coronet angle, and heel height.

It is a transparent tool that you can hold next to a hoof and see how it compares with each other.

This loop knife is a new addition to the proven German F. Dick range of hoof knives, used by so many farriers and hoofcare professionals in the industry.

They are great for rough-cutting a hoof or even take over the functions of a left and a right hoof knife without having to change the knife during working.

The blade is made of a special high-quality carbon steel.

The larger ergonomic handle is made of a black and red laminated wood. The Loop is 58 x 9mm.

The F. Dick Expert hoof knife is probably the sharpest hoof knife on the market. The blade is shaped like the Ascot knife, but has an extra sharp blade like a scapel made of special carbon steel.

This high quality diamond coated sharpener's shape and length make it ideal for re-sharpening the cutting edge and hook of hoof knives. It has a solid core and is easy to use with ergonomic handle and suspension ring, and has a very long durability.

The Stick version of it is a round pen-style shape with 6mm diameter. This enables you to get into smaller loops like the Dusky Forge A-knives.

Also suitable for sharpening other cutting tools.

F. Dick Turf Hoof Rasp - 350mm long

Made from top quality steel, it has a very high and aggressive abrasion, yet is smooth running. We find this rasp holds its edge for a long time and doesn't clog up easily.

One side with extra sharp and deep rasp cut, one side with coarse file cut.

The screw-on plastic handle is re-usable and comes very close to the rasp, thus eliminating the non-ergonomic situation where the handle is placed far away from the teeths of the rasp.

F. Dick Hobby Rasp - 200mm long

While these rasps are not as sharp as the Turf rasps, they come in handy for trimming the smaller horse or pony, where using a longer rasps can feel it's in the way.

One side with sharp and deep rasp cut, the other side with coarse file cut.

This rasp comes with a push-on handle.

This Toeing Knife is made from durable German stainless steel. It is a great tool to remove hard horn like bars that otherwise would be hard on your hands as you simply "chisel" it away.

This strong, durable hole punch has six sharp cutting blades that are strong enough to punch through leather, cardboard,rubber, plastics, metal foils etc. The ergonomic handles with hand guards make them easy to grip and use. It will punch holes 2 - 4.5mm in diameter, easily changed between settings.

Unlike other cheap hole punch tools, this one actually gets the job done.

F Loop knife: 15mm wide - 30mm long loop blade. 20 mm stem length. This knife has an upswept neck. This lessens control effort and takes a lot of strain off the wrist. This all-round knife is very popular. .
