Apprenticeship Days Log

Please use this log template to document your apprenticeship hours.

Write down the date and briefly note down what your key learning points were on that day.

Have the day signed-off by the person you were travelling with.

50% of the days must be within 6 months of your practical exam.

50% of the days must be with someone who has been working in the field for more than 2 years.

All days must be with a registered HHP. That is someone who has regularly been going to Continueing Education.
