Barefoot Training and Conditioning Plan

This is a sample training and conditioning plan with the intention to develop a barefoot horse with good hooves to a fit and conditioned horse to do barefoot multi-day treks, or novice endurance of 40km.

Please note, you may have to modify the programme for your own horse and situation. Also keep in mind, if at any point the horse becomes sore, hold the level of the programme and don't progress until the horse has adapted to that level.
